Paranoia is Persistent
Thursday's thunderstorms and subsequent lunch-time lightning strike caused the blogger and other LaFayette Ridge neighbors to revert back to those awful feelings that occurred last year when the Whaley's house went up in smoke due to a lightning strike in the attic.
After searching high and low inside and outside the home for damage, the blogger found a damaged tree in the backyard. Minimal damage to the basement computer/modem and cable TV splitter was discovered.
