New Postal Person

LaFayette Ridge has a new (temporary) postal delivery person. Last week neighbors learned that our longtime postal person - Tammy - recently lost her husband. He was at work and was run over by a forklift. The couple has a 3-year-old daughter.

New Flagpole Installed

LaFayette Ridge's entrance got a mini-makeover with the addition of a new American flag. The flag was installed to commemorate the tenth anniversary of 9/11, but it will also be raised for other holidays and more festive events.

Thanks to John, Doug and Maria for their efforts in getting the new flag purchased and placed.

Happy Grandparents Day

September 11th also marks Grandparents Day in the United States. Have a great day!
