HOA dues are now due. The amount is $25 and checks should be made payable to LaFayette Ridge HOA. Contact Paul for additional information.

Spring Cookout
Mark your calendar for Saturday, May 9th for the annual LaFayette Ridge HOA Spring Cookout. Join us at the Chandler's house from 6-8 p.m. for a night of good food, fun and fellowship with other neighbors. We hope to meet some of our new neighbors as well. Please check your email for the E-vite that was recently sent out to confirm your attendance and sign up to bring something. Hope to see you there!

Lock your car doors each night. According to the WCSO, several car break-ins occurred this week in nearby Logan's Ridge subdivision. Also Walton Co. has seen a rash in car thefts with 6 stolen vehicles in one weekend reported around the Monroe/Highway 138 area. Remove valuables from your car, lock your doors and don't be an easy target.

New Neighbors Moving in Next Week

LaFayette Ridge will soon have new neighbors as the home on LaFayette Court is under contract and set to close on Monday (March 23rd). The new neighbors are said to have three children.

Just an FYI that road work/paving is underway on Sharon Church Road at GA Highway 20. One lane is open.

Neighborhood Pine Straw Order
Let Lauren know by March 31 if you'd like to order pine straw from Kent Bell for delivery during the first week in April. The cost for 1-99 bales is $3 per bale. Orders of 100+ bales are $2.85 per bale.

Congratulations Johnny - Central Gwinnett High's Teacher of the Year!

Congratulations goes out to LaFayette Ridge's Johnny Griffin who was named Teacher of the Year at Central Gwinnett High School.

Johnny was also one of 26 semifinalists for the top honor. Johnny teaches 11th grade U.S. History and coaches tennis.
