Neighborhood News and More

Did You Know?
Lafayette Ridge has two wonderful neighbors who have recently thrown their hats into the real estate arena. Laura Griffin and Laura Stuckey thank all the neighbors who were so supportive and encouraging when they recently walked the subdivision to let folks know they are Realtors with Keller Williams Realty. They have decided to handle any neighborhood referrals as a team - two Laura's for the price of one! If anyone has questions about the real estate market or knows anyone who needs a Realtor, they are happy to assist. Contact Laura G. at 678-578-1802 and Laura S. at 678-478-1908.
Best wishes!

Be on the Lookout
According to the Walton County Zone Reports, Walton County Sheriff's Deputies are increasing patrols on Johnson Road (both sides of Sharon Church Road) due to continued damage to property calls from neighbors. Juveniles in a white Chevy pickup truck with a red Chevy emblem on the tailgate and green "Salt Life" decal on the back window have been tearing up the sides of the roadway in the area. Call the WCSD if you see anything suspicious.
