HOA Fees Due

The annual LaFayette Ridge HOA fees are due.

The majority of the dues in our budget are used to pay for the lighting (and repairs), landscaping, and the maintenance of our subdivision entrance as well as supplies for our neighborhood parties and events.

For 2011, the dues will be $35. Make checks payable to the “Lafayette Ridge Homeowners Association.”

Please submit payment to our Treasurer, Paul Smith, by June 15th.

Note: you do not have to be an “active member” of the homeowners association to do your part & contribute.

Financial records are always ready for your review. Contact Paul for more info.

The FLAME (Firefighters Lunch and Mentoring Experience) celebrated another year of helping area students by giving program participants the opportunity to learn about the rigorous training needed to become a firefighter, paramedic or emergency medical technician during a special lunch and day camp.

Battalion chief Eddie Meyers, a resident of LaFayette Ridge, founded the program three years ago.
