New Neighbors Are In

The Amaro's/Skip's old house has sold. LaFayette Ridge's newest neighbors were seen at the home on Saturday. Let's welcome them to the neighborhood.

Update: The new neighbors - David and Kim Blythers - are in. They are working on remodeling the home. They have two boys - ages 15 and 8. She is a bank teller and he works for a paper company in Tucker.

More Neighborhood News

Thanks to everyone who paid their 2011 HOA dues. 23 out of 26 families contributed this year. The money will fund our two cookouts, Christmas dinner/party, luminary supplies, upkeep of the entrance and power bills for the front lights.

A tree/bush trimming day for the front entrance is in the works. When a date and time is set, we’ll share the info. If you’d like to help beautify our neighborhood entrance, please join us.

Get well soon wishes are being sent to Alvin Kidd after a recent minor procedure, Olivia Taylor for continued healing of her foot, and Relma's mother who is hospitalized at Emory Eastside Medical Center.

If you have a taste for hot peppers, please see the Patty's who have lots of peppers to share from their garden. Varieties include jalapeno, cayenne and habanero.

Neighborhood News

Skip's/The Amaro's former home is under contract. A newlywed couple (from Stone Mountain and Winder, respectively) will be moving in.

Get well wishes are being sent to Paul after a minor procedure for a hernia.

School starts back in Walton County on Wednesday, August 10th.

Under Contract


LaFayette Ridge will have another new set of neighbors as the Amaro's (Skip's) former home is under contract. The home was a pre-foreclosure short-sale. It's officially off the market. The asking price was $159,900.
