LaFayette Ridge will soon have another foreclosed home up for sale as the former home of the George's will hit the market soon.
A cleaning crew was spotted on Wednesday cleaning the inside and outside of the property in preparation for the home to be listed in the near future.
Update: The inside has been painted, the carpet has been replaced and the outside rotted wood/windows have been repaired.
The George's vacated the home over spring break and neighbors have assumed the role of cleaning and maintaining the yard throughout the summer.
Update:
John called Colony Properties Wednesday afternoon to get a price on George’s house. The house is in “assignment” which means a price has not been set. Anyone interested in the house can call 770-760-0000 Ext 26 and talk to Tricia Dorn who is the “listing” agent and ask if the house has been “listed." After the house has been listed a price will be available. If it is not listed there will be no information about this property.
