Neighborhood Foreclosure SOLD


The low price will greatly affect LaFayette Ridge homeowner's values. The foreclosed home has been listed at $152,000. The home has new carpet and paint, a new hot water heater and repairs have been made outside.

UPDATE: The home sold on February 22, 2011 for $152,000.
