Barrington Manor Home Auction
A 2,900 sq. ft. all-brick ranch home in Barrington Manor sold Saturday at auction for $152,000. The home sits on 1.09 acres and has a full unfinished basement. The home is located at 1423 Brighton Place.
Update: This is the home where the suspected LaFayette Ridge vandals once lived. The executor of the estate told The Patty's that there were 14 people living in the home, including the home owner's grandchildren "who were addicted to drugs." She had them evicted from the home in May. Hopefully the vandals have indeed moved out of our area.
