HOA dues are now due. The dues this year are set at $35. Dues pay for the LaFayette Ridge spring and fall cookouts, the annual Christmas dinner and location fee, supplies, and maintenance of the front entrance and lighting/power costs. 100% participation is appreciated.
Please make checks payable to LaFayette Ridge Homeowners Association and contact Paul for payment. Financial records are always available for neighbors to review.
