Two LaFayette Ridge neighbors were bitten by a neighborhood dog Thanksgiving morning.
Evelyn's granddaughter and Sandy's son Mike suffered bite wounds. They weren't seriously injured. The dog has been removed from the neighborhood by Walton County Animal Control and is not expected to return.
Get well soon Ashley and Mike!
Update: Mike sought medical treatment with his doctor due to the deep laceration in between his fingers. His doctor said everything was fine and he didn't require a tetanus shot.
Ashley suffered a bite wound and large bruising on her inner thigh. She is doing better now.
The dog was set to be released from WCAC on Monday, Dec. 5th but is expected to be "put down" and won't be returning to LaFayette Ridge.
