Another LaFayette Ridge Home Sells

LaFayette Ridge will welcome new neighbors soon as they have purchased the Bruner's home. The home was a short sale and sold on Dec. 29th for $194,400. It sits on nearly 8 acres. More information is available here.

The new neighbors - Schwin and Melissa - have a 12-year-old son and a 2-year-old son.
