Please remember that Walton County has a leash law in effect for all dogs.
A LaFayette Ridge neighbor reported their family dog was attacked by a fellow neighbor's dog today. Please be a kind neighbor and make sure your dog(s)/pets are on a leash or are secure within a fenced-in area.
The neighbor was advised to contact Walton County Animal Control. Should they respond to the neighborhood, it is highly likely that dogs not on leashes will be picked up and hauled off to the pound.
