Neighborhood Entrance Needs Repair

After 12+ years of being exposed to the elements, the LaFayette Ridge neighborhood entrance requires some much needed repair.

Do we want to use some of our HOA dues (currently in the coffers and/or those due for 2009) to outsource the work? Or, shall we attempt to remedy the problem ourselves? How does a neighborhood entrance work-day sound?

Please share your thoughts and ideas on this matter with our HOA treasurer, Paul Smith.

  1. Great idea. The entrance is the first impression of anyone entering our neighborhood. If we have enough money, I vote to hire a professsional to repair the structures. We then could have a "dig in the dirt" day to upgrade/maintain the plantings.
